Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Mango Review.

Effective Date: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mango Review's review management platform and services. By using Mango Review, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

1. Service Overview

This system allows customers to scan a QR code, give initial feedback, and then get redirected to the official Google Review page.
The system only collects pre-review feedback and displays it on the dashboard.
The final review is posted directly on Google, and Google controls that platform.

2. Client Responsibility

Our system ONLY provides QR-based feedback collection and redirection to Google Reviews.
If any customer directly visits Google and posts a review without using the QR, our company is not responsible for that review.
All reviews posted on Google are solely under Google’s & the client’s control, not ours.

3. Customer Data Accuracy

All information submitted by customers (name, phone number, rating, etc.) is entered by the customer themselves.
We are not responsible for incorrect, fake, or incomplete information submitted by customers.

4. Review Manipulation Policy

We do not support fake reviews, misleading content, or any activity that violates Google’s review policy.
The client must use the system only for genuine customer feedback.
If any misuse or policy violation is detected, the service may be immediately suspended without notice.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

Collected data (through QR scans) is shown only on the client’s dashboard.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any customer data.
Google also stores review data independently; we do not control it.

6. Technical Limitations

Temporary disruption may occur due to internet issues, device compatibility, server downtime, or Google platform issues.
We are not responsible for any technical issues that are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service acts as a tool to assist in collecting and managing reviews.
We are not liable for customer behavior, negative reviews, business reputation impact, or Google’s actions.
We are not responsible for any negative rating posted by customers.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the service is purchased and used, no refund will be provided for the used period.
If the client misuses the system or violates policies, the service may be terminated.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, the client agrees to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
